Hello Folks! We know this message is happening at a time where it seems like we have come to the realization that we are in for the long haul with regards to the Covid-19 situation.
So how are you all coping with the new-norm? What is a positive, is the amount of information out there to help with coping strategies. Every tidbit of information is at your fingertips!
We might suggest that you keep your information searching, with regards to Covid-19, to once a day. You want to be informed, and not inundated. Being inundated with news causes fear. You don’t need fear, you need to be informed. You need information or coping strategies, not to be overwhelmed at the stats of the day.
As Reverends, we miss the personal touch with our congregation and our class. We are calling everyone we know, so if you haven’t heard from us, just call at (204) 390-6609 as we would love to hear from you.
Now is the time to practice what you have learned, and do the meditations, write your “Talks” and connect with your Guides. Make sure if you start to feel house-bound to go to a park for a walk. Remembering of course your human distancing factor. Fresh air and brisk walk sorts out many things and brings new perspective. God Bless to each and every one of you!
